After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Dr. Huang moved to Southern California to complete her residency at Long Beach Memorial Family Medicine with a concentration in women’s health and family planning. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Huang decided to pursue medicine because she strongly believes that people should have access to reproductive health services and comprehensive medical care in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Prior to enrolling in medical school, Dr. Huang volunteered at a local women’s shelter and completed research on intimate partner violence. In her spare time, she enjoys riding horses, and spending time with her pets and friends.
