Driven by a deep personal interest in understanding human behavior and mental health, Diego is committed to educating the public on the importance of public health and helping others overcome challenges and enhance their quality of life.

Throughout his career, Diego has worked with a diverse range of populations including individuals aged 5 to 65+, families, couples, veterans and the LGBTQ+ community. His expertise spans a wide array of issues from anxiety, depression, trauma, panic attack management, and substance abuse to gender identity issues and crisis intervention.

His personal experiences with mental health issues and his close relationships with those affected have fueled his passion for making a positive impact. Outside of his professional life, he values finding balance through self-care activities such as working out, playing soccer, and connecting with family and friends.
